Outside covered Pool with BBQ Grill and play area including Billard Table, Foosball table, Domino Table and Dart Board with sticky balls, and patio Fire Pit Set with table and 4 Swivel Rockers
Perfect for extensive families or friends looking to relax, entertain and enjoy the best of Tampa.
We provide High speed internet and Netflix.

I live in a private studio annexed to a house, no connection, completely private.
House completely private only for guests, no shared spaces, or views.

Feel like you are on vacation every day in this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom corner lot home (1,882 sqft) in the picturesque community of Northdale.
Pass through the front door into the 2-story house and notice the abundance of natural light highlighting the wood-like flooring that extends into the main living area.

Super clean, smelled amazing and everything worked out as planned. Would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

We were disappointed. Hardly any dishes or cooking pans so we needed to eat out. The outside furniture and deck have mold growing that needs to be pressure washed. I think the biggest thing was that the person is living in the garage as a mother-in-law apartment. Although we never saw them, we did hear them. I was not comfortable with that, and it should be in the description so people know as I would not have rented if I knew.

Wonderful layout and decor, great location

Place was as advertised and shown in photos. Great layout for my wife and I and our 3 kids, lots of space to enjoy. Location was easy access to everything. Owner very responsive. As noted by others, it is on a corner of a street that can be busy at times, but we were fine with that. And maybe I missed it on other reviews, but the owner stayed on property in an in-law suite in the garage, but it had no direct access to the house. I was OK with that, but my wife found it awkward. Otherwise we were very happy with the place!

A Great Home Base for your Family Vacation

The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The couple of times we needed something, Yeni, the owner, was very responsive. The pool was nice after a long day of venturing out. The house is located off a Main Street but the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet. We had a great time. Thanks, Yeni.

Adequate stay

The home was clean. The pool was clean, although the back fence is in need of repair. To be honest, for the expense it was adequate. This home is on the corner of a busy street. I don't recall that in the description. Extra towels were locked up, which I've not experienced before. I texted with the owner thru the app to get access which she gave. There is only a thin blanket on each bed, but not a comforter. The bed pillows were thin and offered no support. As a new listing I think more attention to linens and bedding, and installing a new back fence would make this a better listing.
