Bright, friendly 100 square meters with a particularly spacious living-dining room with flat screen TV in the cozy seating area. The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 1 double bed 180 cm wide and bedside tables. In one bedroom you have a large wardrobe with sliding doors, in the other bedroom you have a small wardrobe and 2 dressers available, so that in both bedrooms plenty of space for stowing your clothes is available. In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, a guest toilet is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Kettle and toaster are also available. The spacious, wild and romantic garden of the working landlord couple with seating, barbecue and small garden pond is intended for shared use. The garden is like z. B. used for boule or badminton play. Although it is a non-smoking apartment, smoking is allowed in the garden.

Large clean apartment, with great hosts

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building, with one apartment above it. It is very generously proportioned, with large bedrooms and a large lounge / dining area. There is a main bathroom, and a small separate toilet. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this property

Fabulous find off the beaten path

Exceptional apartment in a quiet street in the center of an old town off the beaten path, yet close to interesting sightseeing excursions. Unlike in many small town with narrow streets, there is a carport especially for the use of the apartment dwellers. Duderstadt is an old and very picturesque town a 20 minute drive from Goettingen. It has a town center for pedestrians only and a wonderful walkway on the former town fortifications. The hosts are fluent in English, extremely helpful and since they live in the same house, accessible when needed, but never intrusive. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is suitable for families, as well as couples. Guests are invited to use the well maintained garden. Everything is in walking distance, with shops, many restaurants and wonderful bakeries right around the corner. The weekly farmer’s market is very inviting. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. We will certainly be back.

Eine Woche pure Erholung

Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und im wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Die Stadt und die Umgebung bieten viel Abwechslung (Baden, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen). Die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Duderstadt, ein Städtchen mit herrlichen Fachwerkhäusern, freundlichen Menschen, ausreichend Gastronomie und wunderbaren Gastgebern. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, auf dem Tisch standen frische Blumen und ein Glas leckeres Gelee. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Garten, der mitbenutzt werden darf, ist ein Traum. Obwohl Esther und Matthias beruflich voll eingebunden sind, gab es bei jeder Begegnung einen netten Austausch. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit.
