## Logement
Everything is designed to make your stay comfortable: Wi-Fi, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer… The apartment has self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at the time that suits you, with ease.

It is located on the 3rd floor, accessible via an exterior staircase (see photos), with no elevator. The apartment includes:
2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm)
Fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine
Bathroom with bathtub
Bright living room with a sofa bed (145x200 cm)

## Emplacement
Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.
Aubervilliers experienced its boom at the end of the 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe. Since then, Aubervilliers has kept its industrial tradition and its multicultural identity.

Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
In Aubervilliers, you will find all amenities: 3 supermarkets (Franprix, Monoprix and Auchan), 4 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, 1 bookstore, 2 gyms (On Air, Basic Fit) as well as restaurants for all tastes (Le Saint Emilion, Les Chambres, Auberkitchen, Kaishu,...).

Sites of interest close to the accommodation :
- The Stade de France (25 min walk) ;
- The Parc de la Villette (15 minutes by bike, along the Canal Saint Denis) ;
- The Parc Georges-Valbon (10 minutes by bike) which hosts the annual Humanity Festival in September;
