Lake Front Floridian Oasis

Relax and enjoy with the whole family at his peaceful and entertaining place to stay. The sunsets are a must see!

Lake June is a sandy bottom fresh water known for bass fishing, boating, water skiing and many other types of water activities. The deepest part of the lake is 40 feet. Access to boat ramp, boat and jet ski rentals are less than 5 minutes away.

Our smoke free lake house is situated very close to downtown Lake Placid, where you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, thrift shops, spas, barbers which are less than 5 minutes from US highway 27 and no more than 7 minutes from our home.

*Please be advised that this area have "blind mosquitos" (aquatic midges) they do not bite or carry disease but can be a bit pesky at times.

This property delivered in all the right ways. We were there for a book retreat weekend and it had enough reading nooks, outside lounge areas and social areas for all 8 of us. It was quiet, relaxing and so cozy. Would highly recommend.

Family vacation

Amazing Weekend

We spent the weekend at this beautiful lake house and absolutely loved it! The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities — the kayaks, paddle boards, the lake itself, and the stunning sunsets. The fire pit was perfect for cozy evenings.It was also wonderful that the property is dog-friendly, and we were able to bring our dog along, which made our stay even more special.We highly recommend this place and are already planning to come back!

Vacation Feel for Work Trip

Making core memories in a beautiful place!

We stayed at Barbie & Javier's beautiful home this weekend with friends and team mates. The house is gorgeous, has a great layout, and was perfect for our large group of families! Enough room for everyone to be together or retreat to their own space for a break.This house was SOOOO FUN! Parents and kids (mostly teen boys) had the best time. The kids loved the rope swim, the slide, the kayaks, playing pool and ping pong, making s'mores, and hanging out with each other on the lake. It was almost totally screen free weekend for these kids (which, if you are a parent, you know is a huge deal.) The adults also had an amazing time hanging out and playing too.Core memories were made this weekend! And our team won the championship!Thank you, Barbie and Javier. We can't wait to visit and stay in your gorgeous house in the future.

Lake House Dream

Was blessed to spend a few days here with my extended family and was amazed by this house. Big, spacious, clean nd beautifully decorated. Spent most of our time outside. So much to do: hammock, fish off the dock, play pool, table tennis, cornhole, had a fire at night. Plenty of beds and space. It was nice we each had our own space. Owners answered all my messages in a timely matter and for the amount you pay for, it is completely worth it. if you are looking for a dream lake house experience, this is it. We will be back soon!!! thank you!!

Fabulous Family Lake House

We had a blast! Celebrating joint 70th and 16th birthdays, our large family stayed and had so much fun. We brought our own games, but never even unpacked them. They had corn hole, a pool table, a ping pong table, swing set, water slide, rope swing. Everyone from the 2 year old to the 72 year old had so much fun. Home was clean with lots of areas for sleeping and lounging. Everyone is already planning the next visit!

Great Getaway at the Lake

We had a great little getaway at this lake house and would highly recommend it. We were a group of 5 couples/families and ranged in age from 2mos to 40yo and the house met all of our wants and needs. The photos don't do it justice, the house is much larger than it appears and the outdoor spaces are amazing. So much space to spread out and so many activities to keep everyone entertained and off their phones. The kitchen...and rest of the house...has absolutely everything you could need, it's very well equipped. We had a couple minor hiccups when booking at while at the house and the owners were very responsive and helpful. The only negatives I could mention, and they were very minor and not impactful on our experience, just words for the wise: the neighbors are close, the bathrooms are a little dated and showers small but all clean and well-maintained, the oven cooks a little unevenly so use convection bake, and the room with the bunks is up a spiral stair so only those who are willing/able can stay there. Overall we had a great time and would consider coming back another time.
