Welcome to " FEELIN' TIPSEA"! This charming home is perfectly situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with an easy walk (5-7 minutes) to the beach! Refreshed in 2021, this home boasts a screened in porch on each floor, Kohler fixtures and hardwood floors throughout. Unique touches can be seen in the downstairs bathroom with one of a kind moroccan tile, and Restoration hardware vanity and fixtures.

FEELIN' TIPSEA is located in Magnolia By The Sea, an upscale community located between Alys Beach to the East and The Big Chill to the West. Whether you want to escape for peace and quiet, or rather explore for a bit of adventure, this makes an excellent home base!

Father’s Day/Son ‘s 30th Birthday weekend

House and location were perfect! Even though weather was not to good, it rained everyday off and on the comfort of the house and proximity to places aloud us to do many fun thing while weather permits. Kids were able to play outside and enjoyed pool area. Very close to Rosemary Town/Beach area. Wonderful place, will come back for sure!

A great “home base” for the area’s activities

We spent most of our days at the beach, pool, Alice, beach, restaurants, golfing, etc. This house was in a terrific, centralized location for us to enjoy our time in the area.

Great house on a corner and dead end street.

Great house with lovely screened porches off both floors. Steps away from the pool and short walk to the beach as well a bike to surrounding towns. Great not to have so much foot/bike/car traffic like other nearby towns.
