About this property

Apartments Dalmatia North Dalmatia Zadar Sukosan up to 5 persons

Our in spring 2016 generously modernized holiday home is situated in a quiet part of town, without much traffic overlooking the sea. The village of Sukošan is about 500m and the sea about 200m from the house. The main beach "Dijeći raj" (Children's paradise) is about 300m, our self-made web away with sun deck about 200m walk.
The two separately accessible apartments "A" and "B" on the first floor, are equipped with living rooms and bedrooms, and dining room and large balcony with sitting and reclining, some of which are also oriented towards the sea.

Both apartments thus provide space for relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing.
The plot has plenty of parking (carport), space to play and a barbecue on the lower terrace for tenants of the apartment "B", as apartment "A" has on the balcony with a private barbecue. In the garden there is also a shower if a cooling in between is necessary times. Bicycles can be used with also after a short consultation.
You can shop in the same or in the numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar, etc.) in about 10km away Zadar.

Apartment "A" with an area of ​​80m² can accommodate up to 6 guests, Apartment "B" with an area of ​​50m² up to 5 people.

Top-Ferienwohnung in Sukosan

Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns sehr zugesagt. Die Ausstattung war jedoch nicht ganz vollständig. Es fehlte ein Toaster und der angekündigte Grill. Ansonsten war alles super. Von der Wohnung war alles im Ort fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Auto benötigt man nur zum Einkaufen unf für Ausflüge. Verschiedene Strände sind in der Nähe. Leider ist fast überall Hundeverbot. Man findet trotzdem irgendwo ein Plätzchen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Das Objekt ist genau wie auf den Bilder zu sehen und wie beschrieben ist sehr gepflegtem Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat im Vorfeld, zum Check in und auch vor Ort perfekt geklappt. Auf Rückfragen wird umgehend reagiert so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Weg zum Meer sind gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In den Ort kann man ebenfalls in 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch und sind sehr herzlich. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Ok, aber....

Die Wohnung an sich war gut, aber, die Gastfreundlichkeit vom Vermieter hat gefehlt, man hat sich nicht so richtig willkommen gefühlt. Und bei dem Preis hätte man auch die Badetücher und die Handtücher anbieten können .

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in den Feriendomizil verbracht und jeden Tag haben wir genossen! Es ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, die Vermieter Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden, ganz sicher wieder kommen!!!

Wunderschön, Entspannung pur alles wie beschrieben. Ankommen und wohlfühlen was will man mehr.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Alles da was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Der Besitzer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für mich der erste Urlaub in dem die Ferienwohnung im Netz so beschrieben war wie sie auch wirklich ist... einfach wunderschön und nichts zu bemängeln. Danke:-) kommen gerne wieder.
