We are committed to sharing it throughout the year.

When you arrive at our pretty family home, you will park in the driveway of the house.
You will take a few steps to reach the terrace which overlooks a large wooded grounds. Listen to the crickets, the birds or admire the starry sky depending on the time of your arrival and the season. As you enter, you will discover a tastefully renovated house where antique furniture blends delicately with an elegant and cosy decoration that we have imagined with Elise and Mathilde, decorators from Beaulieu in Périgueux.

We are pleased to open the doors of our grandparents' house to you, which we have undertaken to renovate in 2022 to bring life back to this house where we spent our entire childhood. Light rushes in at any time of the day, revealing pretty details and colours.

The house is as follows:
- A large living room dining room, with two cosy sofas facing a large fireplace to enjoy a good fire
- On the mezzanine above the living room, a room opening onto a staircase to the living room which can be a playroom for young and old (board games, children's games) as well as an extra bedroom (2 double bench beds, or 4 beds). It is as much a place to
games for young and old as it is another possible bedroom.
- A closed kitchen, with a table allowing you to have breakfast or meals in fewer numbers. The view gives you the opportunity to admire rabbits running around at the bottom of the garden.�PGJyPgOn sunny days, it is possible to have your meals on the terrace in the sun or under the stone awning, magical moments when you can enjoy the surrounding nature
- Three closed bedrooms tastefully decorated: 1. The "bird" room: access through the entrance room, composed of a large double bed and a small desk (1 double bed, i.e. 2 beds) 2. The "Joséphine Baker" room: access from the corridor, composed of a large double bed and a sofa bed (1 double bed and 2 sofa beds, i.e. 4 beds) 3. the "La colo" room: at the end of the corridor with two bunk beds and a sofa bed that will delight young and old (sleeps 6)
- A large bathroom with sink, bath, shower and toilet
- A small room for a separate toilet
- A covered central patio, large skylight
- A large terrace that goes largely around the house
- A large green grounds

In all seasons, You can enjoy the tranquility of the place to: read and rest on the sofas in front of a fireplace, play upstairs or in the living room, enjoy the terrace to the sound of birds and insects.

During the summer period, you can also enjoy a self-supporting swimming pool that will allow you to cool off.

The land around the house is wooded, not fully fenced. There is no gate at the entrance of the house.

We entrust the management of rentals to a concierge service, while remaining very close to our travellers to ensure that you have enjoyed everything during your stay.

Family home renovated with care, 15 minutes from Périgueux.
The house is independent, you have private access to the vast majority of the rooms (all except a dressing room) of the house.
