The Saint-Quintin Woods

On the outskirts of Albi, this holiday cottage enjoys a prime location with remarkable views of the surrounding countryside and its rolling hills. Just 10 minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Episcopal City and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, it's an ideal base for exploring Cordes-sur-Ciel, the Gaillac vineyards, the fortified towns (bastides), and the many medieval villages of the Tarn region. For family fun, Cap'Découverte is nearby, offering outdoor activities and cycling trails, while the Atlantis aquatic center is just minutes away. Completely renovated, the cottage is located in the wing of a former farmhouse, adjoining the owners' house. It offers a peaceful and relaxing setting, surrounded by meadows and woods. On the ground floor, the bright living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, etc.), a comfortable lounge area, a pantry, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a shower room, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (160x200 cm), one single bed (80x190 cm), a dressing room, and a sun terrace - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190 cm) Outside, numerous amenities are available for you to fully enjoy your stay: a relaxation area with a picnic table, barbecue, pétanque court, ping-pong table, and a children's playground with a swing, slide, and ladder. The swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from May to October, weather permitting. Gently sloping, it offers a depth of between 1.20 m and 1.50 m. For your comfort, the cottage has reversible air conditioning. Electricity is included up to 80 kWh per week. Heating fee: €50 per week. In the hills above Albi, the St-Quintin woods are well known to the locals for their tranquility and bucolic walks.
