Rodney Foy lives with his wife Terri and their dog Beauregard in Rockwall, Texas. They both attended Texas Tech University where they met and fell in love. They have a daughter named Kassidi. They love to travel and stay in VRBO's when they can and they loved the little town of Mountain View, Arkansas and decided to open one here. Rodney and his family hope you enjoy your stay here.

Why they chose this property

This property was once a working ranch. There are 477 acres of mountains to hike and climb. Two rivers run through it to fish and play on. There is so much wild life to watch all day and to be at one with nature with. It is truly an untouched nature lovers paradise.

What makes this property unique

There are deer, turkeys, armadillos, mink, otters, beavers, eagles and even bear have been seen here. So much wildlife. You can canoe over to the island and there is an eagles nest to see. The eagles come to nest here every year. There are mountains to climb, trails to hike, rivers to fish, canoe, raft, kayak and swim in. So much to do! Or you can just sit back by the fire pit and enjoy the quiet solitude of not being in the city. It's up to you.
