Located in a quiet and green setting, this former bakery of a village of 200 souls
(built from the thirteenth century typical of the Valley of the Kings), has a private car park and allows you to hike throughout the Pays de la Loire region: Angers 15 minutes, Saumur 30 minutes, Cholet 1 hour, Nantes and its Airport 1 hour 30 minutes.
The proximity of prestigious local vineyards, various nearby castles (e.g. BRISSAC 5 minutes) and the LOIRE 1 km away with its dedicated activities (bike tourism, canoeing, traditional boat or hot air balloon rides, golf 2 km away, etc.) will inevitably seduce you.PGJyPg
