Located 4 km from the beaches, on a former market garden, are two adjoining, single-story cottages. Each cottage has its own private entrance. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen opening onto a private terrace (garden furniture). WC. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. Shower room (WC). Large, enclosed, shared garden of 2,000 m², landscaped with trees and flowers, and a shared children's swing. Swimming pool shared by the two cottages. Depth 1 meter. Dimensions: 4.50 x 2.40 meters. Footbath and solar shower. Secure gate with key. The owners welcome you to a former market garden farm with panoramic views of the Albères mountain range.
