Delightful Stay

We were very happy with our stay! We celebrated my husband's birthday by visiting Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park, Idyllwild Pine Cove and mineral spas. The condo was very nice as were the grounds and pools! They even have a lap pool available on the property. We would stay again!

Loved the condo and location. Was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus. Bed was a little on the hard side for us. A few instructions on how to use the TV would have helped. TV controls are different everywhere we go so it just takes time to figure it out. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our hosts were very responsive. Condo was well situated, good location, quiet. There was a small issue with the door lock and the host had it fixed immediately. Close to Palm Springs. Golf course was excellent.

Great Stay, Very Clean, Comfortable and Good Location

My wife and I stayed here for five nights and had a very favorable experience. The host provided timely information and was always very responsive to any questions. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and it's location was close to golf courses, restaurants and parks. Overall, had a very good experience and highly recommend this property.

Home from home

The flat is equipped with everything imaginable for that genuine 'home from home' experience. Neat, clean, comfortable and with an amazing view. Easy reach of excellent amenities both within the resort and of the whole Palm Springs area. We loved exploring each 'village' and enjoyed the variety of golf courses open to visitors.

Rest and Recovery

Having just put down our dog of 17 years we needed to get away. This lovely condo was what we needed. Unfortunately it was very Windy with dusty air 2 of the 3 days keeping us from enjoying the outdoors. (That’s the desert) It was really nice the day we left.

Property is ok. I’m thinking perhaps some updating was done. Some things need some help. Faucets in shower bathroom don’t work properly. Only one bath towel and hand towel now wash clothes in that bathroom

I do apologize that our housekeeping staff didn't have the full sets of towels set out for your stay. We keep 2 cabinets full of towels, but you might not have seen that. The best landlords ever!!!

I am amazed at some of the negative remarks from a previous guest. We had a couple of small issues (how to set up the TV or work the air conditioning controls etc etc) All we had to do was mention it to him and he actually drove a long distance from his home in the same evening to look after it and show us how to work them. After spending several previous winter vacations I can honestly say we have never had such a fantastic landlord. We will be back for sure!!!!!!

Has a nice stay at Desert Princess

My husband and I planned a getaway to the desert on our way to an event in So Cal. We chose Desert Princess due to its location and amenities. The condo is spacious for a one bedroom and the extra bathroom was a nice-to-have when we hosted guests for lunch. The property is quiet and welcoming and my husband enjoyed receiving the "renter discount" on a round of golf. The condo is well-equipped. There are lots of linens available and we found all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare simple meals. Some items are a bit worn, but hey, it's a rental so that is to be expected. Our host, Jeff, was extremely responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have asked for more from him. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this condo as it's a good value for the location and amenities.

An Oasis in Paradise

I booked this condo during Coachella weekend, and it was so perfect for me, my boyfriend, and the dog. The condo is located in a guard gated community, so we felt safe. There was a beautiful view of the golf course, and a pool nearby. We weren’t able to discover the whole community, but apparently there’s a lot of other pools nearby as well. Jeff’s place is very comfortable and provided a lot of amenities for us. There was plenty of blankets and towels provided. I highly recommend this condo if you’re ever visiting the Palm Springs area!
