Located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest areas known as "Music Hill". No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two-car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

Located in one of the most desirable areas of Nashville on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown. Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at your vacation home. It’s really close to everything downtown. Beds a very comfy and it has all the basics you need in the kitchen. It is decorated very nicely. We also were able to enjoy thunder and lightening storms on the 3rd floor balcony. Thanks for sharing your townhome with us. We do hope to be back.

Great location and beautiful home

We spent 4 nights in this home and found it to be just as advertised. There were 4 of us and we are all seniors. The location was great for us to get downtown and there was plenty to do and see. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked. Only problem was that we found the furniture in the sitting areas quite uncomfortable.

Great short stay

This is a great house for large families. The four king beds are perfect for grown children or couples. Location was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Nashville Stay

The place was immaculate. Plenty of space and beds. Communication was great. It was super close to everything we wanted to go to. We were close to the airport. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Wi-Fi was great.We gave it a 4 Stars because there is a train that goes past the neighborhood and it blares it's horn all night. If you are a light sleeper and don't like ear plugs (which they provided), then this isn't the place for you which is unfortunate.

The best views of Nashville!

This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in!!! Laura was so attentive and made our check in process go smoothly. It was so beautiful and had everything we needed and the area was PERFECT. The balcony was perfect to see the city as well. I cannot wait to book with them again!

Gorgeous Place in an Eclectic Neighborhood

Seasoned Girlfriends Birthday Getaway and did we have the fun that any 30 somethings would envy, lol! First the place is breathtaking and furnishings comfortable. However, the steps were challenging for 70 somethings. We loved each bedroom and the rooftop patio. The Supper Club on Belcourt was a short distance as well as great shopping and entertainment.

Picture don’t do justice

BEST PROPERTY . We have been to Nashville 3 times in the past . We have always stayed in a great home . But this one here - BEST BY FAR ! Pictures don’t come close to showing you how beautiful this place is . I literally walked in and walked back out thinking we was in the wrong rental for the price I paid . It has plenty of space . There were extra blankets in all rooms . The appliances were brand new . It was extra clean . Plenty of toilet tissue and paper towels . If you are coming to Nashville and need a place to rent - this is the place ! And don’t get me started on the host ! By far nicest people ever . I left one message with a question . Laura called me back with in 2 minutes . So nice . Do yourself a favor and book this room . Now I seen a few post stating there’s a train whistle you can here at night . Honestly , we were here 5 nights and I heard it 1 time . I think it was because I was awake already is the reason . I never was woke up from the noise . This is were I stay anytime in Nashville . Also we were literally 5 minutes from WalMart and Krogers . We were less than 10 minutes from Downtown . This is a hidden jewel .

Great place and location!

This house is perfect for a group of 8 (we were 4 couples). It is spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures, well decorated, in good condition and clean. Beautiful house indeed. We were impressed and everyone had positive feedback. We loved that it had 4 king beds so no one had to compromise there. There is an awesome rooftop to hang out and play games, have drinks with friends and relax by the fireplace if it's chilly at night. We loved the lounge area on the third floor, too. The location I was worried was going to be far from downtown, but I was wrong - just a short Uber ride into downtown with an average of $10 each way. This house definitely made our Nashville experience a memorable one. The host (Laura) was great too - she let us check in a few hours early and answered all questions timely. We will definitely be looking into renting from The Music City Collection again if we come back! Thank you!

Misleading Prices

Once we booked the property we were told two days later we would have to pay a large extra fee in taxes, or we could get a refund, minus a portion they would be keeping for "processing fees". Definitely not fair that we booked at a price but were required to pay more in the end. VRBO could not help with the situation and said it was up to the property owner. This will be my last time using VRBO, as they allowed the property to add additional charges after booking. Additionally there were only 4 regular size plates in the unit which was disappointing for a property with 4 king beds. There were 8 of us and we ended up having to share meals in bowls and small plates just so we could all eat. There were also people screaming on the street both nights so we woke up but not sure that is the property's fault, just something to be aware of. It is a nice property with a lot of space, but paying the extra money after booking definitely made the experience overall not as good as other properties I've stayed in in Nashville.

In town for Basketball

We came to the are for a basketball camp being held in Franklin. This home was perfect!! The floor plan is very modern. Does require the ability to climb stairs, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Spacious rooms, all King beds, private bathrooms, 2 separate gathering places for larger groups. A very well equipped kitchen, plenty of closet and storage space for longer stays. We utilized all bedrooms and the kitchen. There is an open deck at the the top of the unit that offers a fantastic view of downtown Nashville. You can be downtown in less than 10 minutes, yet far enough away to be out of the 24/7 noise off broadway. The 2 car parking garage was easy to navigate and keeps everything safe and sound. We will definitely stay here again on our next Nashville trip!

What an amazing! The house is perfect for a small group. We had 8 in our party and there was enough room to move around and not feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony was an added bonus; especially with the added sitting area on the top floor. There are a lot of stairs, but you can do it. Our host, Laura, was awesome- providing communication effectively and efficiently. Close to everything! We will be back.

Spring Break Road trip!

The location was convenient to a lot of the things we wanted to do. The property was clean and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the balcony to relax at the end of the night. Parking was a little tight. For anyone traveling plan on Ubers as traffic is terrible and parking prices are expensive

Great place!

The place is amazing! We loved it. Would stay here again because of all the bedrooms & baths. It worked for us! The train was noisy throughout the night. I would suggest a sound machine for every bedroom.
