About this property

Cozy & Cute 2nd floor apartment

Are you visiting family and need a little extra space? Road trip? High school sporting event? Moving to BYU-I? Relocating and looking for a home? Business travel and need excellent internet? We are the perfect spot! Easy day trips to West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, Island Park and surrounding areas. We are centrally located with easy access to US20, US26, I-15 and the airport. Colonial Theater & downtown/greenbelt areas are approx 1 mile and we are 2 blocks from the IFHS Civic Auditorium.

Our family has owned and managed this small apartment complex -17 total units-for the past 20 years. We personally take care of the property and know all of our full-time residents. Some of our tenants have been with us for nearly 15 years. There are several short-term rentals mixed among our permanent resident apartments.

Our AirBnB unit is dedicated to AirBnB guests only. This is the top floor unit of 2-story apt building. This is small complex with 9 apts on a busy street. This apt complex does not have alot of curb-appeal on the outside but I'm confident guests will be happy with the inside. Fresh paint, and all new furnishings, new fridge and quality linens are awaiting our guests. There are black-out blinds and drapes in the bedroom and privacy blinds in the large LR window.
**Please note: this apt overlooks a busy street from the front LR window. Privacy shades and curtains are provided
The neighboring business has a bright sign which you will notice at night in the bedroom. but we provide excellent blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom window which block that light.

There is an electronic key pad lock for front door access.
We have off-street assigned parking and a coin-op laundry room.
Our internet service is crazy fast fiber optic.
Our recent speed test was 95Mbps!!

We stayed for a week and found it to be stocked and well-suited to our needs for the week. The neighborhood is a little noisy with the road being so close, but it does quiet down at night and we didn't have any trouble sleeping.

The apartment has been redone and is so cute and clean inside. We were a little worried because of the location but it was quiet and we had no issues. Its an easy location to get places. We really enjoyed our stay other than the heat wave. Haha

Adorable Apartment

Location and unit were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was great for soaking after hiking. Deanna was super easy to get in touch with. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes/appliances needed to make dinner. Love that this apartment had a dedicated covered parking spot.

Stay in Idaho Falls apt

Quiet, clean, good location, exactly as per description and photos. Bed is very uncomfortable, lumpy and sinks in the middle and towels were old and stained. Also not sure why guests should be responsible for doing dishes when they are charged a cleaning fee. Would definitely use this place again if mattress was changed.
