This house is perfect for a getaway. It's clean, well appointed & situated on a beautiful piece of lakefront property. What a view!! The living room is so cozy. Lots of games & room for kids of all ages to color or do activities. Great place!!

Place was very nice and clean. Easy to find. It was nice being right on the water and not having the view blocked by other houses/structures. Very quiet neighborhood. Had a couple questions and the host was quick to respond and very helpful

This was our home base for South Higgins State Campground Fall Festival, so it was used for sleeping purposes. We enjoyed coming back to a warm home and getting ready for bed. The oven was useful for baking a breakfast casserole. This place looks like it would be great for summer gatherings. We loved our time there. The owner was easy to get a hold of with answering questions.

We stayed 7 days. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans but the lighting in the kitchen was terrible, had to go buy more soaps, toliet paper, only had 2 garbage bags for 7 days. The full bathroom was small, my 89 yr old aunt wouldn't take a shower because she was afraid of falling in the tub. No slip proof mat, no hand railings very unsafe for elderly, children and handicap. Would not rent in the colder months. But the view was amazing. .

Unfortunately it was only upon receiving this review that we were made aware of this guests concerns. Messaging through the app could have addressed many of this guests needs. We have a non slip mat for our tub under the sink for guest use, the cleaning service does not put it in the tub to indicate the tub is clean and ready for use. It is a correct observation that we do not have a handicap bathroom nor do we advertise as such. We do have a standard amount of paper products and soaps we put out for guest use however we have a supply cabinet on site that we are happy to provide access to when necessary. We are privately owned and pride ourselves on our customer service, we encourage our guests to reach out during their stay with anything they may need, we pride ourselves on rising to the occasion. It’s unfortunate the opportunity was not given in this instance.

Excellent place to vacation. Big yard and plenty of room in the cabin.We had 6 adults and 4 children. Full size stove and refrigerator which is just what we needed.Having washer and dryer were a bonus.And the swing? Just saying it was used tremendously. Even by some adults. The host Mike was quick to respond with amy questions or concerns we had.We'd stay again!!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this home. It’s in a prime location with a short drive to all of the fun restaurants and things to do. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Waterfront locations are a must when we rent a home - we brought our paddle board and had a great time.
