The garden is 1200m² and can be used with its 9x5 meter swimming pool, trampoline and barbecue area. Parking is available.
In about 300m you reach the nearest shops. In 160m the nearest restaurant, grill or pizzeria is located. An airport is located on the island.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
In the living room, a sofa bed with spring mattress can also be used as a sleeping accommodation.
