The first floor is intelligently laid out to perfectly respect the privacy and daily rhythms of all guests:

- Party & Game Area: 2 pool tables (pool and bumper pool), a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and a cozy living room with a TV.
- Relaxation & dining area: A large, inviting living room with a second TV corner. The dining area seats all 22 guests at two tables (one large table with 18 seats and one flexible, adjustable table with 4 seats).
- Fully equipped kitchen: Large refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, combination gas and electric stovetop, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Coffee corner with 2 drip coffee makers and 1 Senseo pod machine.

On the upper floor, the vacation home has 8 rooms, each equipped with its own sink. Four of these also offer a private bathroom with a bathtub (the two 4-person rooms and the two 3-person rooms).
- 2 four-bed rooms: each equipped with 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed.
- 2 three-bed rooms: each equipped with 3 single beds.
- 4 double rooms: each equipped with 2 single beds (2 of these rooms also have a real baby crib).

Shared bathroom facilities: 2 bathrooms down the hall (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) and a total of 4 toilets (2 separate restrooms per floor).

You’ll enjoy exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire property:

- Fenced-in property: The large garden is completely fenced in and borders directly on the forest—guaranteeing absolute safety for your children.

- Private wellness area: In a separate outbuilding, an oasis of well-being awaits you with a sauna and a hot tub (each accommodating 4 people—ideal for relaxing moments in a cozy setting).

- Outdoor recreation: A basketball court for sports enthusiasts, a large grill, and stone tables are available for shared meals in the fresh air.
