Experience a Gulfside paradise at this brand-new townhome, featuring 2,300 square feet of modern living space. Highlights include two private balconies, a private two-car garage, and a roomy loft for flexible sleeping space. This unit is in the building closest to the boardwalk. As part of the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf community, enjoy sun-soaked days at the expansive on-site pool, groomed beaches, and links-style golf course.
Comfort awaits in the inviting living area, detailed with a full-size sleeper sofa and a 65” smart TV with Spectrum cable. The sleek kitchen is configured with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and handy extras like a blender. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table.
This three-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms, the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. All beds are equipped with new smart foam mattresses. Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, appointed with a cloud-like king bed, a 50” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination (this bathroom is also accessible from the hallway). The second bedroom sports a plush king bed, a 50” smart TV, a private covered balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a double vanity, a water closet, and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a queen bed and an XL twin-size window bed, while the loft has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, an XL twin window bed, and a 60” smart TV. The adjacent third bathroom is fitted with a double vanity, a water closet, and a tub/shower combination.
Step out for fresh air on your two private balconies, one of which looks out over the adjacent golf course.
Your VIP wristbands provide access to the incredible resort amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season (open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience the ultimate in poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach! During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds its way throughout the resort community. This 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes and inspired greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas.
