As part of the gated Sunchase IV community, you’ll have access to a large, heated pool, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, and a fitness center.

Serving as the social heart of the home, the open living area on the second level offers ample seating with a huge sectional. Watch a movie on the 40” TV or step through the sliding glass doors to enjoy quality time together on the private balcony.
KITCHEN & DINING
Channel your inner chef in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Helpful gadgets include a coffee maker, blender, and a toaster. While dinner simmers, concoct a crisp drink and perch at the kitchen bar for two. When you’re ready to eat, serve up your tasty meal at the six-person dining table.
BED & BATH
In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a king bed, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the guest bathroom across the hall has a tub/shower combination. Providing added convenience, a half bath is located just off the living area.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms flood the rooms with natural light and lead out to a private patio with two loungers and partial ocean views. Upstairs, the main balcony offers great vistas of the ocean as well as alfresco dining for four.

For a relaxing day on the Gulf, the beach is less than a half-mile walk. Water sports enthusiasts can hit up South Padre Island Water Sports for paddle board, kayak, and kite board rentals.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. All guests must be 29 or older during March except for families with children.
