First floor: 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, shower room (toilet). Second floor: 2 connecting bedrooms (queen-size bed) (two single beds), bathroom (toilet). South-facing courtyard (barbecue), lawned garden (garden furniture), covered carport for 1 car, and parking for 2 cars. Laundry room/pantry (shower and toilet) in the basement.
