Located at The Waters on Lake LBJ, enjoy access to an amazing swimming pool overlooking the lake as well as a marina. Conveniently situated across from the Yacht Club, within walking distance from Horseshoe Bay Resort attractions. Tee off within five miles at an array of golf courses. Ten-foot high ceilings soar in the beautifully appointed living area. Create delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Savor appetizers at the breakfast bar, then gather for a home-cooked meal at the dining table.

Spend quality time relaxing on the corner balcony; take in spectacular sunrise views of Lake LBJ as well as the surrounding Texas Hill Country. This private outdoor space includes a grill, lounge chairs, and a table for alfresco meals.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests will not have access to The Horseshoe Bay Resort's member-only amenities.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The view was amazing and you are able to see multiple views of the lake. Clean, up-to-date and lots of room. Needed better instructions/details on how to find the specific condo like which floor it was on.

Great condo with convenient location

Condo was nicely decorated, clean and perfect for 2 couples. While the view from the balcony wasn't a full view of the lake, you could see plenty of the lake in two directions and the balcony felt private. The HSB yacht club pool and restaurant were right next door. The assigned parking space was great. We had an extra car but easily found parking for it outside the building. Turnkey was extremely responsive and checked in with us throughout our trip. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher that we reported to Turnkey to let them know. They were very responsive and I was impressed with their customer service. I would definitely rent this condo again and would rent from Turnkey again.

Great Condo

We have stayed in a few condos at The Waters and this one was clean, decorated well, had great views and property managers were quick with response on wi-fi questions even late at night. Only downfall is no access to yacht club pool with the drink/food/beach since you aren't booking direct with the resort. Luckily we have good friends who are members at HSB and were able to get us in with guest passes so keep that in mind. Great easy access to the dock and does have access to the regular property pool.

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well cared for. We had an issue with the WiFi but the property manager was prompt in resolving the issue. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
