This newly-updated ground-level condo is perfect for your Gulf Coast vacation! Relax in the complex pool or take a quick walk to the beach. Centrally located in the heart of South Padre, you’ll also enjoy convenient access to a plethora of shops and dining options, all within walking distance. After a fun-filled day at the beach, gather around and watch favorite shows on the 40” cable TV in the living area. A plush sofa and loveseat provide plenty of space for everyone to relax. The chef in your group will appreciate the renovated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table with seating for six. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for three. Breathe the fresh coastal air on the covered patio, which extends off the master suite. Enjoy access to an unheated sparkling pool (5’ deep), shared with other complex guests.

Very bad service

Very bad experience with the checkin, I could not enter the property, we spent 1 hour on the phone to get it resolved The house is very well located, clean and just like the photos

Nice Place

This is a nice place to stay. It had enough space for everybody, 3 kids and 3 adults and my small puppy. We loved that they had a pool for the days we didn't want to go to the beach. Overall a decent place to stay. A few things do need attention which is the reason for the 3 stars! It would have been so much more comfortable with these fixes. The sofa in the living room was slanted back so when you sat on it you were in a ditch. Very hard to get up! The King size bed in the master room is literally BROKE. Our whole stay we were in a V shaped dip in the middle of the bed. This was a pain to get out of. You can also feel the mattress springs. While packing to come home I looked under the bed to make sure we were leaving anything and I see a few pieces of wood placed in the center under the bed for "support" of a bed that should have been replaced before guests paid to stay. This was the most uncomfortable thing about the stay. Silverware was put away dirty, could have been previous guests not sure, but there was also rusty things that should be replaced. I bought my own stuff to eat and cook with. Hopefully they will get the bed and couch replaced so future stays are better for everybody.

Family Home Vacation

It is a beautiful home that was perfect for my husband and our dog. We were fortunate enough to begin our vacation on a Monday because Friday the condo above us was filled with a family of 5, who allowed their children to run up and down the hallway on the ceramic tile that echoed down into our condo until after midnight.

Great place to stay!

The location was great, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils to cook meals while we enjoyed the beach and the pool. We enjoyed having enough bed space for 5 of us comfortably. Thanks!
