A quiet location in the central Parkcrest neighborhood keeps you close to Old Town, Kierland Commons, and Chaparral Park. Head to your private backyard to dip in the heated pool, enjoy the firepit, or dine al fresco amid the lovely Arizona landscape. (Pool heat is available for an additional fee.) Inside, you’ll find an inviting single-level floor plan with sophisticated style. Highlights include upscale furnishings, modern artwork, and a sparkling kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The sunlit living area features contemporary decor and stylish furnishings. Kick back and stream movies on the flatscreen TV with Roku or set up a board game from the provided collection. Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen. High-end stainless steel appliances include double ovens and a separate wine fridge. The sweeping granite island offers ample preparation space and seating for four. Share culinary masterpieces around the table for six in the dining area.

This home sleeps nine guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and direct access to the backyard. A comfy futon converts to a twin sleeper. Stream movies on the smart TV. An en suite bathroom features a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a deep bathtub. The three guest rooms are each outfitted with a queen bed and a flatscreen TV with Roku. An adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

River rocks, cacti, and palms create a delightful desert landscape in the backyard. Return from your adventures to dip in the sparkling heated pool. Chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs offer plenty of comfy seating on the pool deck. In the evenings, barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill, then dine al fresco at the table for six on the covered patio. A gas firepit sets the scene for peaceful evenings beneath the Arizona stars.

Located near the heart of Scottsdale, drive 3 miles to the area’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife in Old Town. More exciting attractions await in the Entertainment District, just 2 miles from home. Stroll down the street to Chaparral Park. Venture 3 miles to the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park to find a museum, playgrounds, and seasonal outdoor concerts. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate being just 3 miles from the Cholla Trailhead at Camelback Mountain and 5 miles from the Desert Botanical Garden.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
