Sandpiper has 5 pools, hot tubs, lighted pickleball and tennis courts and a free par 3 golf course on the property. Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 baths, has a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, located on the canal and only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy the sunsets at the famous Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant or let the family swim at the marina pool overlooking the harbor. From our marina the Destin Water Taxi can pick you up and take you to the restaurants, bars, shops or watch the deep sea fishing boats bring in their catch at the Destin Harbor.
Stretch out on our 1,100 foot beach.. Relax on the beach pavilion where there's a full service beach bar, restrooms and a full beach service.

We have 5 separate pools, hot tubs, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a bocce ball court, shuffle boards. Fish from our docks and marina, enjoy a great meal and sunset at 'The Louisiana Lagniappe' located on our property. *Take the water taxi from our marina to Crab Island or down to the Destin Harbor and boat docks.
*Our unit is located on the canal with a view down the harbor and only a short 3 minute walk to the beach. You may also choose to drive and park close to the walkovers to the beach.
*There is a pavilion on the beach with a full snack bar and restrooms. We offer a full beach service for chair water sports rentals.
