Cozy cottage in the Palatinate Forest - in the southern Wasgau

It is in the house to a "Just-roof house" Feriendorf Eichwald.
The house was completely renovated in 2015/16 and lovingly furnished. It is ideal for up to 4 persons. Through the sleep function of the living room couch can use the house a maximum of 6 people.

The location of the house is an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful landscapes of southern Wasgau and the northern Vosges, with its many medieval ruins and the rock formations of red sandstone.

The house is a comfortable base camp for all nature and culture lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and climbers, or for people who simply want to enjoy the peace and the special atmosphere in the holiday village Eichwald. The immediate area offers many recreational opportunities for families with children as for recreational athletes alike.

Nestled in a beautiful landscape, bordered by the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine, invites the adjoining wine and fruit growing area SĂŒdpfalz for excursions. Here can be along the German Wine Route in the wine villages with wine tastings and wine festivals, the culture of winemaking experience directly and up close.

Enjoy the culinary specialties of the region in the many wine bars, pubs and ostrich farms.

For Closing Day offers well-equipped cottage - for 4 up to 6 people - even many ways to time off right: you can enjoy the tranquil forest location in the garden or on the covered terrace with Felsblick, cooking in the cozy kitchen, barbecue in the garden or make yourself comfortable on chilly winter days by the fireplace ....

Wir waren fĂŒr 1 Woche im Ferienhaus, tolle Umgebung und herrlich ruhig.EingezĂ€unte Terrasse, perfekt wenn man wie wir mit Hund anreist.Im Garten ist auch reichlich Platz zum Spielen.Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos.Die Treppe hoch zum Schlafzimmer ist recht steil, fĂŒr Ă€ltere und kleine Kinder eventuell ein Problem fĂŒr uns allerdings nicht.Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr netter Vermieter, antwortet schnell auf RĂŒckfragen.Das Ferienhaus war modern, sauber und gemĂŒtlich. Trotz der kleinen Bauweise war es sehr gerĂ€umig und gut durchdacht eingerichtet.Ein Handlauf an der Wand neben der Treppe wĂ€re vorteilhaft, dies kann man bestimmt noch nachrĂŒsten.Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen, der Aufenthalt war sehr gut.

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut. Das Feriendorf hat sehr viel Charme. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Raumaufteilung, sehr schönes sauberes Badezimmer. Auch die KĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Das Highlight fĂŒr uns war der Gasherd. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist einfach mega. Die Raumspartreppe könnte evtl. durch Anti-Rutsch-Matten noch besser werden. Auch ein "Kinderschutzgatter" oben an der Treppe halte ich fĂŒr sinnvoll und vielleicht 2 Standventilatoren fĂŒr die SchlafrĂ€ume wĂŒrden die NĂ€chte in den sehr bequemen Betten noch besser machen. Das Haus selber sauber zu halten ist ein Klacks. Es gibt ausreichend Reinigungsmittel, nur der Staubsauger könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben Fliegengitter entdeckt bei den Putzmitteln. Wir haben kurz ĂŒberlegt die selber anzubringen, denn durch das viele GrĂŒn um uns herum, sind wir abends immer nochmal auf die Insektenjagd gegangen :D Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, man wird entschleunigt, kommt zur Ruhe und erholt sich. Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zu kleinen/grossen Wanderungen ein und man kann dabei einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Ich bin mir sicher, wenn was dramatisches gewesen wĂ€re, hĂ€tte er alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um das Problem zu lösen. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vermieter war super nett. Das Ferienhaus ist genau der Beschreibung und ist wirklich gemĂŒtliche und schön eingerichtet. Die Veranda war unser Highlight. Die Umgebung ist toll. FĂŒr unseren Kurzurlaub genau das richtige. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes, gemĂŒtliches Ferienhaus

Wir waren fĂŒr 3 NĂ€chte mit unseren 2 Kindern im Alter von 6 und 4 Jahren vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und modern eingerichtet und hat (fast) alles, was das Herz begehrt. Nur die SpĂŒlmaschine hat noch zum perfekten GlĂŒcklich gefehlt. :) Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und hat viel zu bieten, so dass man ausgiebige AusflĂŒge machen kann. ErwĂ€hnenswert ist allerdings, dass das HĂ€uschen eine sehr steile Treppe zum Obergeschoss besitzt, die fĂŒr Kinder unter 4 Jahren nicht geeignet ist.Ansonsten alles super, wir kommen gern wieder!

Kurzurlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Ein gemĂŒtliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes HĂ€uschen.Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Das einzige Manko war die "Raumspartreppe" zum Schlafraum.WĂ€re vielleicht doch erwĂ€hnenswert auf der Homepage, falls Ă€ltere Menschen dort wohnen möchten. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Schönes Haus, schön ruhig, mit Hund super

Parkplatz vorm Haus. Haus gut ausgestattet, ich war mit Hund dort. Terrasse ist umzĂ€unt, sodass der Hund auch sicher draußen sein konnte. Es ist angenehm ruhig.Die Treppe in den Schlafbereich ist eine lackierte Holztreppe, HĂŒhnertreppe.Rutschig und echt gefĂ€hrlich , auch ohne Handlauf. FĂŒr kleine Kinder oder Ă€ltere Menschen schwierig.Das Bettzeug gehört dringend durchgewechselt.Ich hatte mein eigenes dabei.Die SchubfĂ€cher, Ablagen in der KĂŒche waren staubig. Es gab nur eine angefangene Rolle Klopapier. AnzĂŒnder, SpĂŒli und Handseife fast leer. Anmachholz muss man sich selbst mit Beil hacken, falls man das kann. Ich nicht.Einchecken problemlos. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert.

Alles Ok Feriendorf ist halt in die Jahre gekommen.

Alles im allen perfekt gewesen.Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.Viele Wanderwege und Radtouren vort Ort.Einkaufen geht nur mit Auto zB.ca.6km AnnweilerPS.Das Feriendorf ist halt in die Jahre gekommen.

Traumhafte Herbsttage in der Natur

Wir haben vier Tage in den Herbstferien im Feriendorf Eichwald verbracht. Das Haus hatten wir zum zweiten mal gebucht, weil wir uns dort einfach wohl fĂŒhlen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins GrĂŒne und sogar auf den Felsen Kriemhildenstein. Wandern, Mountainbiken und Esskastanien sammeln ist in direkter Umgebung möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
