Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Medulin mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 7 Personen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders genossen wir den großen Pool und die riesige Outdoorgrillplatte. Die Vermieterin Nensi ist sehr nett . Sie wohnt im Nebenhaus und kümmert sich um alle Belange sofort. Es gibt keine Beanstandungen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt in Medulin bei einer freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Wir fanden Alles vor, was und wie es in der Anzeige zum Haus beschrieben war. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundliche und hat uns bei kleineren Problemen (Sprachbarriere) gerne unterstützt, so dass unser Aufenthalt rundum gelugen war. Einzig die Entfernung zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war bei den herrschenden Temperaturen etwas anstrengend. Nensi, vielen Dank für die schöne Woche in deinem Haus.

Schönes sauberes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit freundlicher Vermieterin

Wir waren eine Woche mit einer befreundeten Familie dort. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren super. Riesen großes Gründstück. Haus war bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin wohnt neben an, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine wunderschöne und gepflegte Anlage. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub in Medulin

Wir waren mit elf Personen im Haus. Alle waren begeistert. Der Pool und die Angrenzende Überdachte Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind top. Tischtennisplatte wurde ebenfalls gut und oft genutzt. Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war super nett und Hilfsbereit. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Ideale Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern

Mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern haben wir dort eine fantastische Woche verbracht. Neben den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Klettergerüst mit Rutsche, Wippe, Badmintonfeld, Fahrräder) stand ein großer, gepflegter Pool zur Verfügung, den wir intensiv genutzt haben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Besonders gut hat uns der große Tisch mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten unter der Pergola gefallen, an dem wir alle Mahlzeiten zusammen eingenommen haben. Auch der Gasgrill ist der Hit. Mit der hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgeberin haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Einfahrt auf das Gelände und von selbigem wieder herunter war schwierig, da die Schwelle insbesondere für tief liegende PKW hoch war und viel Fingerspitzengefühl erforderte. Um schöne Strände zum Schnorcheln zu erreichen (Karmanjak, Pula-Stoia) benötigt man das Auto. Der Sandstrand in Medulin war fußläufig in ca 30 min erreichbar, was aber mit Kindern bei den Temperaturen schon ein wenig eine Herausforderung ist. Die Unterkunft empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Ferienhaus für die Familie

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind sehr groß. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Grills, Gas und Kohle. Wir haben beide benutzt. Man hat eine Outdoorküche und eine großen Tisch an dem locker 12 Leute schön essen können. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht gut deutsch. Es hat alles funktioniert und ich kann das Haus weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nur Anliegerverkehr. Zum Meer ist es ein Stück zu gehen, aber ist locker machbar.

Ein Traum!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (jeweils drei Kinder von 11-18) Ende Juni dort. Haus und Grundstück sind ein Traum! Alles sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mehrere schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, eine Tappenyaki-Grillplatte, kinderfreundliche Ausstattung…?Für uns war es wirklich perfekt! Die Eigentümerin Nansy wohnt nebenan, ist sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super schöner Urlaub

Das Haus mit dem großen Garten und dem Pool ist ein Traum. Wir konnten draußen frühstücken, grillen, uns sonnen auf den Liegen, uns im Pool erfrischen und Aprikosen direkt vom Baum ernten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus war EXAKT wie beschrieben, jede Menge Platz, sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Vermieter waren SEHR hilfsbereit, sogar beim Einkaufen haben Sie uns unterstützt. Für die Kinder war es ein Traum. Durch das elektrische Tor konnte keines von ihnen auf die Strasse laufen und sie konnten rund ums Haus spielen. Wenige Fußminuten zum Strand, Busverbindung nach Pula auch perfekt. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und werden sicher einmal wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in zwei Wohnungen. Da wir zu siebt waren hatten wir das Haus für uns alleine. Der Garten kann super genutzt werden mit einer Tischtennisplatte, einem Pool, Sonnenliegen und einer Sitzmöglichkeit mit einem Gasgrill.

Skønt feriehus med dejlig lukket have

Perfekt hus til 2 familier hvor man kan have hver sin lejlighed og fælles lukket have med både udekøkken, pool, liggestole og loungeområde. Virkelig pæn og velholdt over det hele. Værten var meget behjælpelig med spørgsmål og kom straks hvis det var nødvendigt. Stille og ugeneret område men stadig muligt at gå til havnepromenaden og byens liv. Ellers er det også muligt at bruge husets cykler som er til rådighed. En stor anbefaling - vi kommer gerne tilbage til det skønne hus og omgivelser.

Fantastisch verblijf

Geweldig huis waar wij met 2 gezinnen verbleven. Wij zaten op de benedenverdieping en onze vrienden op de bovenverdieping. Beide appartementen met eigen ingang, Woonkamer, keuken, 2 toiletten, bad, douche, 3 slaapkamers met 6 slaap plekken. Overal was airco. Je hebt een prachtige privé ruimte buiten. Privé zwembad, overkapping met buitenkeuken, grill, Pizzi oven en verder staat er genoeg leuks voor de kinderen. Tafeltennis, airhockey, basketbal, etc. Ook mag je gebruik maken van de fietsen. Naar het strand van Medulin kan lopend, maar beter op de fiets. Met de auto wil ook prima. In 5 minuten ben je er. Supermarkt is ook dicht bij. Ideale locatie. Onze gastvrouw was attent, dacht mee en als er wat was werd het direct opgelost. Heel erg fijn. Echt een aanrader.

Bei der Anreise war die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert. Es ging sehr rasch. Auch wenn irgendwelche Fragen waren konnte man jederzeit die Vermietere anschreiben. Wir sind zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Urlaub in Medulin

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Frau. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt , und eine Kleinigkeit an Süßigkeiten hat uns gleich als Begrüßung erwartet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur aufs beste weiterempfehlen. Sehr gerne werden wir wiederkommen, wir sind vollends begeistert.
