About this property

Beautifully Remodeled 1650 square feet home. The home features 1 large master suite, and a guest suite, both with walk in closets. The home has been furnished with my personal art collection, new modern furniture, and maintains a split floor plan.

Beautiful view of Citrus Springs Golf Course, in a private backyard setting. The sunken porch has great views, and features 1 pull out futon, two small rollout beds, plus a NEW Split HVAC system. Blue-tooth & phone chargers are everywhere, in every room. Hi Speed Internet is also included.

Both Bedrooms have their own televisions, and free channels. The living room features a high end audio system with blue tooth capabilities, plus a NEW 70" TV. All TV's are Smart, and ready for streaming.

The property is on 3/4 of an acre, and is privately secluded from any neighbors. The home resides exactly 15 minutes from both Rainbow Springs, and Crystal River Springs. There are 3-4 golf Courses within a 6 mile radius.

Fully Furnished and nicely remodeled Kitchen. Every needed small ware, from spoons to cooking pans is provided for your stay. Lastly, and most importantly, this place is Sanitary. We spend a minimum 3 hours cleaning ,disinfecting and preparing the home for the next guest.

Personally, I find one of the biggest benefits of staying here...your away from everything. If peace and nature is what your after, this would work well for you.

Looks can be deceiving

Beautifully decorated house but extreamly uncomfortable furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood. Poorly equipped kitchen.

Family getaway

We had a great stay at the house. We were in town to visit family over Thanksgiving weekend. House was very spacious and clean. Troy is very responsive to all questions. Would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

We spend most of out time in the hustle bustle of Pinellas County. So many people so many cars! We decided to purchase the "Dolphin House" as a nice peaceful getaway.
Beautiful Springs, Golfing, Slower pace. And still close to Restaurants, Activities, and of course Home Depot. In a time when everyone is worried about their health, here, in Citrus Springs, there is the clean and clear Country.

What makes this property unique

Springs...all of them. within 15 minutes to two of the best in Florida
Rainbow Springs with the largest swimming pool in the state.
Crystal River Springs where you can swim with manatee's.
Kayaking and trail riding are all within a short distance.
Withlacoochee State Forrest is close by, for hiking, exploring and caving.
Homosassa Springs is 25 minutes from the home. Great place to see the local wildlife.
