Welcome to Salty 1 a quaint beach home in a little beach town that is only a 3 minute walk to two public beach accesses "Toes in the Sand". Newly remodeled and furnished, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room, dining room and laundry room. Fantastic fenced in backyard for your favorite family games, like corn hole. Centrally located between two Publix grocery stores, local restaurants and surf shops.

The Owners suite features a king bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed; both of these share a full bathroom.

Covered Screen Porch- with sitting area, and a gas grill.

If you are looking for a home with a pool, check out Salty 2 #2704782. If you need space, both Salty 1 and Salty 2 can be rented for they are next door to each other.

If you are a boating family, the driveway will accommodate a 24' or less boat. Salty 1 is located 3.5 miles from Front Street Boat Ramp and Eau Gallie Causeway Boat Ramp.

Winter getaway

We stayed at Salty 1 for five weeks, and had family visit while we were there. The home was just as listed, close to the beach, clean, and had everything for guests to enjoy their stay. Liz is a great host! She takes great pride in her home and it shows. She couldn't have been anymore accommodating, and was readily available to answer questions about the area or fulfill any need you had-with a smile and genuine kindness. I asked about a full length mirror, and she arrived the next day with one. Can't say enough about her or this property. We've already booked with her for next year. Thank you Liz!!

House is nice. A short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and towels are available. Quiet neighborhood as well. Enjoyed our stay

Another great stay

This was our second stay at Salty 1, just like the first time, it was great. Liz does an outstanding job of having her house prepared for your stay. Everything you need is right there. She is excellent to work with. The house is a short walk to the beach. All the restaurants you would want are a short drive away. We will be coming back.

We live in Indialantic around the block from Salty 1. We have been here for over 7 years and absolutely love it. We call it the hidden gem of beaches. We are always cruzin around in our golf cart, porch hopping with our neighbors and friends or boating when we are not working. We love to travel and always stay at a VRBO. We want nothing more than for you to come and vacation where we live!
