Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. Please no pets on the beds or furniture so we can keep the home as clean as possible. This 2nd floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Awesome rental in a great location

This was my first trip to Melbourne Beach where my partner and I stayed at a VRBO and this property did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being within close walking distance to the beach was incredible. We really appreciate a place that’s walkable so having a few restaurant options and a market within close walking distance was really awesome too.

Perfect weekend

This is my second time staying at this location. It is perfect location as I have daughter a few blocks away. But the convenience of the Melbourne Beach market walk to restaurants and beach can’t be beat. Will stay there again.

Charmingly decorated, king bed, beautiful beach across street!

I found this place so comfortable & serene to come back to with my dog everyday! There is everything you need a few steps away: market, restaurants, pharmacy & of course great beaches to walk on endlessly. I would definitely come back & wish I wasn't leaving now.

Walk to everything!

If you want to park your car once and walk to everything, this is your spot. The beach is close by and also just steps to groceries, restaurants, drug store and a Public Library. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. A very relaxing stay.

Cozy Apartment near Eateries and the Beach

We enjoyed the convenience of local restaurants and an interesting food market literally across the street. The walk to the beach was under ten minutes. Enjoyed morning coffee sitting on the small porch of unit number four. Communication with our host was outstanding. Wonderful consideration was given to all of our needs.

Cozy Beach Apartment

We were in Melbourne visiting friends and stayed in this super cute beach apartment. It was very clean and spacious. We mostly ate out but it had a kitchen with everything you would need to eat in. The bed was super comfortable and the place was just as pictured. Right across the street is a great market, a pizza place, and a cafe. We went to all three and the food was very good. The beach was a very short walk and very nice! We love the little town of Melbourne beach so we will definitely be back and we will most definitely stay at this beach apartment again!

Overall a nice rental

I was a little surprised when we arrived that this was listed as a luxury condo, and you could hear the waves crashes from the Atlantic ocean. Comfy, clean, and upgraded certainly. NOT a luxury condo. Even if you were close enough to the ocean to hear the waves, the traffic noise would certainly drowned out crashing waves. The condo was clean, and pictures were accurate. Bed was very soft and lumpy. Sheets were pilled and should have been thrown away many washings ago. Washer and dryer are shared with 3 other condos, and the washer was not working. It is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, market. Golf course down the road. It is surrounded by dilapidated buildings on both sides. Outside certainly could use some TLC. Area is safe and Melbourne beach is a great community.

My review summed up in 5 words? CAN I LIVE HERE FOREVER??

What an enjoyable getaway! I was at this location for 8 nights, visiting my elderly father who lives a few miles north on A1A. I've been coming to Melbourne Beach since 1996 and I'm very familiar with the laid back vibe, great restaurants, and general safety. As a women traveling alone I loved this second story unit. Everything was clean, decor was on point and it was quiet and cozy. I actually *liked* the abandon properties on either side of the rental...they gave an additional feeling of privacy and weren't creepy or ugly. I'm a very light sleeper and never heard any road noise except for the occasional obnoxious motorcycle or big truck. I visited the small market across the street daily for any need or culinary whim. Loved the recently addded coffee shop that was inside the store. Was also able to cross the street and dine at my favorite restaurant (Oceans 302) four different nights, and thanks to The Wilkeys for suggesting Djons (just a short walk west) for happy hour. I haven't been there in years and my father and I enjoyed a wide variety of small plates and reasonably priced wine during the 4-7pm happy hour. We also tried Rogue River Taproom, just a bit north on A1A and would like to say they could give Oceans 302 a bit of competition! I'm worried I've been spoiled by staying at this fabulous location. The pictures of the unit are accurate and I do understand a recent review that complained it didn't feel "luxury." To me, it was more comfortable than "luxury." I would use the words cozy, funky, artsy.... a perfect home away from home that I will surely visit again! Thanks David and Daniel!!

Flawless stay, just right!

The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

The location of this sweet little apartment is perfect. The place is well appointed with everything you need. The property manager/owner is easily accessible and responsive. It wasn’t clean when I arrived but the owner addressed and fixed that immediately. Great stay overall.

Little hidden gem!

This was such an adorable condo just a 2 minute walk to the sand. It was exceptionally clean and adorable. The bed was very comfy and the shower with 2 shower heads was so relaxing after a day in the sun. The location is exceptional. The owner, Ken, is very communicative and quick to respond. Just one small recommendation is to supply shampoo and conditioner. This place was a gem of a find for a beach vacation!

Great stay!

This was a great stay in a great location! The apartment was clean and well equipped. Less than a block to the beach for those long walks. I loved sitting on the balcony! The Melbourne Market across the street is wonderful. Several restaurants in walking distance. Love the Sunnyside! Also close to the Shell Shop for souvenirs! Melbourne Beach is a very safe small town. Ken was a very helpful host! I am sure I will be back!
