About this property
Villa Indah Sekali - private oceanfront property with tropical garden
Detached villa, about 8 km south of Amed, located in a small fishing village. Fascinating dive- and snorkeling sites nearby, a reef in front of the house and many excursion destinations within short distance. The compound consists of a main building and 2 separate guesthouses and is suited for couples, families and small groups up to 6 people. Our guests will have the entire property at their exclusive disposal. The facilities are well maintained and the rooms lovingly furnished as the owners consider the villa their second home. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, ACs, box spring mattresses and separate bathrooms. A modern, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living-dining room with flat-screen TV, large pool (12x4m), gazebo and direct access to the beach (pebbles). Included are a rich breakfast, room cleaning, laundry service and free WiFi; massages, scooters and a private driver can be booked. On request our housekeeper prepares delicious local meals for little money.

My husband and I live in the German speaking part of Switzerland and we are passionate divers. A couple of years ago we discovered the stunning underwater world of Indonesia and especially the east coast of Bali. At the beginning of 2017 we made a dream come true when purchasing Villa Indiah Sekali at the Amed coast. Here we spend some of the cold European winter weeks, enjoying the sea, the warmth and the endearing local residents.
Why they chose this property
While the south of Bali is quite noisy and busy with masses of tourists, the east has retained its authentic charm. We love the scenic coastal landscape, the slow movement lifestyle and of course the many beautiful dive sites nearby.
What makes this property unique
The villa and its gorgeous tropical garden means paradise on earth to us. We enjoy the tranquility and absolute privacy of the property just as much as the vicinity of a traditional fishermen's village. Three affectionate locals maintain house and garden and represent perfect hosts for our guests
