Top modern apartment Altenau in the Upper Harz

Welcome to the base camp Altenau,
the apartment for your vacation in the Upper Harz.

It is located in the resort on Glockenberg and is just a few steps from the crystal thermal spa.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and furnished with much attention to detail, it is suitable with their 31 square meters for two people. The size of the apartment does not make it any less comfortable. It is located in the 11th Floor and on a clear day has a beautiful direct view of the Brocken.
The entrance area already shows what to expect in the apartment, a modern and sophisticated wellness equipment from quality materials. Functional, stylish and inviting.

The sleeping area is visually separated by a handmade timbers from the living area, in this there is a sliding curtain. Thus, the sleeping area can be separated and further darken.

The living area is the central focus of the apartment, you can reach it through the entrance. Adjacent is the bedroom, the kitchen and the balcony.
Again, we have placed great value on the device.

The modern fitted kitchen in L-shape with its high quality built-in appliances is endless. It is so equipped that you feel at home in it and find everything to be able to cater for yourself.

The bathroom has also been completely renovated and structurally predetermined space optimized ensprechend.
A cozy little oasis that is second in which they will not miss anything and can feel immediately at ease.

The balcony also invites you to linger, here from the 11th floor you have the perfect view of Altenau and the Upper Harz - in clear weather even up to the Brocken.

Whether hiking or biking in the warmer months, and skiing and tobogganing in winter sports, this apartment is the perfect location for it - just the "base camp" for your leisure activities in "Altenau".
(For your bikes, skis and other sports equipment are of course free two large lockable cellar storage space in the house.)

Tolle kleine Wohnung mit tollem Blick vom Frühstückstresen!

Wirklich tolle, sehr gut durchdachte kleine Wohnung! Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht einer Mikrowelle, aber das liegt wohl eher am fehlenden Platz! Es gab sogar schon einige Gewürze und Öl, was ja meistens auch nicht vorhanden ist! Die gesamte Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und der Blick vom Balkon / Tresen und unglaublich schön!

Die Wohnung mit Aussicht

Wir fanden es im Basislager Altenau wirklich schön, die Kontaktaufnahme zu Herrn Reimann war problemlos und noch dazu ein kleiner Guide für die Umgebung fragt Ihn gerne wenn ihr Anreize benötigt! Des weitern war die Wohnung Super Sauber und wie auf den Bildern zusehen, sehr schön saniert. Wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen, wollen wir unbedingt nochmal in die Kristalltherme. Eins steht aber schonmal fest: das Basislager möchten wir für den nächsten Aufenthalt auch wieder als Ferienwohnung haben.

Ingesamt sehr positives Fazit für die Wohnung für diesen Preis. Geschirrspülmaschine in der Küche vorhanden. Sauber und nur zur Übernachtung gut geeignet. Ideal mitten im Harz gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Parkplätze auch am Abend kein Problem.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Lediglich hier und da könnte sie gerne etwas sauberer sein. Ansonsten alles super!

Gute Unterkunft

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein guter Aufenthalt. Das Ferienlager/direkte Umgebung ist teilweise nicht sehr ansehnlich (verlasse Gebäude usw.). Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und für die paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen.

Die FeWo war sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Für unsere Verhältnisse war es nicht ganz so sauber wie wir es von anderen Unterkünften gewohnt sind. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr klein und eng, wunderbarer Blick, nicht besonders sauber, altes Bettlaken vom Vorgänger lag noch im Wäschekorb, schmutziger Aschenbecher,obwohl Nichtraucher Wohnung, auf dem Balkon, überall lag Staub. Lärmbelästigung durch Bauarbeiten im Haus, auf die wir nicht hingewiesen wurden. Fenstereinbau, der dem Eigentümer angeblich nicht bekannt war, obwohl der Einbau von Fenstern Sache der ganzen WEG ist! Insgesamt daher nicht optimal.
