Located a 2-minute walk from the sea, the house enjoys breathtaking views. Approximately 110m², with 4 bedrooms.
In winter 2023-2024, we will be carrying out work to create a large bay window overlooking the garden, install parquet flooring, add a fireplace and a second bathroom.
On the ground floor, the large living room with its open-plan kitchen provides level access to the 30m² furnished terrace (Mexican fireplace, large table, barbecue, sun loungers) and a beautiful sea view.
One double bedroom (160cm bed)
A laundry room and separate WC.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC.
Outside, you will find a large table with chairs, sun loungers, coffee tables, a barbecue and a Mexican fireplace to keep you warm if needed.
The house is located in a quiet area. It is within walking distance of Berneval le Grand beach, which is popular with surfers and windsurfers and offers a sandy beach at low tide. It is also perfect for shrimp fishing. There are several activities in the area: water park, ice rink, Cité de la Mer, racecourse, golf course, and Dieppe market, voted the most beautiful market in Normandy!
