Newly Renovated Studio Apt. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and Convention Center. Has two queen beds. Quite Condo with easy access to beach and boardwalk. This is a first floor unit and is wheelchair accessible. No stove, just a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. No sheets or towels are provided, just pillows and comforters.

Must be at least 21 years old to rent and be present the whole time.

Parking is on street and free.

It was cute and secluded. Loved how close it is to the boardwalk/beach. Family dollar is also in very close walking distance just in case you need anything! The host was nice and instantly responded when I messaged them. I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay! First floor studio 11/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Room was clean and quiet, tucked in a nook in the rear of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little beach get-away

Dave sent me all the detailed info i needed before i got there making it easy to be prepared (how to enter, what to bring, etc). The whole place was spotless, spacious and welcoming. It was exactly what I wanted for a spend-all-day-at-the-beach vacation with my kiddo. The only downside is street parking is slim pickings.

Beach blast accommodations

Unit was clean and served the purpose intended for our stay. Had some issues with the breaker tripping because of a new AC unit. Dave was very responsive in addressing the issue.

Winter Weekend

Great communication with owner. Properly is acceptable for the purpose of shower and sleep while vacationing. Property requires renter bring both towels and sheets. Not clearly identified in details. Property geared to summer rentals. On-site support not available in winter creating maintenance issues. Definitely great for in season rental. Acceptable for winter short term stay.

Overall, it wasn’t bad, but for the price you pay and what I’m used to in a rental, I feel was subpar. There was no extra trash bags. The toilet paper was one ply, no towels, and no sheets or pillowcases for the bed. The other thing noticed that wasn’t good. Was leaving the cleaning supplies in the closet. My wife hung her clothes in there and they smelled horrific due to the wet mop being in the closet. the code for the door wasn’t initially sent to us, but that was an easy fix even though I was told it was in the email but after reviewing it twice it was not there, but not a big deal and the door wouldn’t use the code given to us anyhow but that was a quick fix. However, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly so you can’t secure it and the bed frames are made of metal and every time you move, they squeak and slide easily on the floor. Like I said, it’s all minor things but when you’re paying a certain fee it’s not just for being close to the beach it’s all together I could’ve been close to the beach in a hotel for a lesser price and would’ve had towels and sheets for the bed. There wasn’t any simple amenities like soap, shampoo, blower, iron, ironing board. The only thing there was was the single ply TP and one thing of hand soap. Just not expected compared to many other VRBO places I’ve stayed

PERFECT location! 2 blocks from boardwalk. Large one room with 2 queen beds, table, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Large double sink bathroom with shower. Stayed here with our 2 kids, it fit our needs to a tee.Some minor maintenance issues at check in, owner responded to text instantly and resolved issues almost as fast! Great communication.Will absolutely stay here again. no more potluck Wildwood motels for us ever!

My poor rating is solely, because of the hole in the shower. My son and I could have gotten past other things. But the hole in the floor of the shower and that information not being disclosed, no pictures posted to tell inform me ahead of time was completely shocking. Had I been informed of this, I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. I had to straddle my legs to avoid falling in, my son slipped and then refused to shower the rest of the trip causing arguments. On top of all of this, the room said apartment one: and so did the driveway 1 and yet i was told not until after arrival (monday) that I can use my spot until Wednesday and then had to move my car a street over. With having a bad back at that. I didnt move my car since I spotted that it was for apartment 1. Then he texted me and called me while I was out with my son. I checked it after I got back to the room and was told to move the car. And then said I could just move it thurs. By then, why not just allow your guest to have their designated parking spot and you have your car somewhere else since they are paying for a room? And should have a car inside the garage when you know a guest is coming to use it. So, since I didn't want any confrontation, I moved my car thurs morning after packing most of my things wed. So it would be easier on my back. And then had to pay for parking to move my car close in front of the condo to bring my things out. The shower needs to be fixed before anyone else stays!

So we are very sorry about the bathroom floor we were not aware. It was fixed temporarily and I did not know that it retract. It was fixed immediately afterwards. With regards to parking it does state in my listing and you're check-in instructions you were given a few days before you came which also stated that. Plus I sent you a message the day before you checked in also stating that.I did allow you to park in the driveway for 2 days and advised you you had to be out by 10:00 a.m.. you did not leave and I gave you an additional day in the driveway. I am sorry again for any inconvenience we strive for five stars at our place. We can always have you come back and give you a free night for any inconvenience you had for this trip.
