Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher), living room, lounge area (TV), 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), shower room, WC, utility room (washing machine). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), mezzanine lounge area, WC. Reversible heating and air conditioning included. Beds made upon arrival, towels and linens provided. Cleaning included. Cot and high chair available on request. Terrace, garden furniture. The cottage is ideally located 3km from Espelette, 3km from the Souraide Golf Course, and 5km from Lake St. Pée-sur-Nivelle. Hiking trails nearby. Enjoy a comfortable gîte in the heart of the Basque Country!
