Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 21 m² living room with a TV, sofa and fireplace
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 150 m² south-facing garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Grandrieux, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as cafés and restaurants.

Things to do:
- Visit the fortified church of Saint-Nicolas, a listed Historic Monument.
- Discover Parfondeval, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
- Follow the ‘La Pigasse’ trail through wash houses, wooded countryside and rural landscapes.
- Join the Val de Serre walking trail, a 16 km route between Montcornet and Résigny, on foot or by bike.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the garage

- Nearest railway stations: Hirson and Rethel, about 30 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airports: Charleroi, about 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away; Beauvais, about 2 hours 30 minutes’ drive away

- Garden furniture is available on the terrace; the access code will be provided in the arrival instructions.
- End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. You are responsible for this, or you may book the service for an additional charge of €90.00 (booking and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
