Einfach nur schlechte Räumlichkeiten!!!

Alles ist sehr, sehr hellhörig! Die Treppe zum oberen „schlafgemach“ ist fast lebensgefährlich!! Man kann sie ohne Übertreibung als Treppenleiter bezeichnen!! In allen Zimmern sind schräge Wände und dadurch nur Dachfenster! Das Bad ist akzeptabel! Die Küchenausstattung ist ist lückenhaft!! Das beste ist noch der TV!! Aber deshalb fahre ich nicht an die See!

Urlaub Zingst

Die Größe der FeWo war in Ordnung, ruhige Lage und in der Nähe vom Hafen. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr hellhörig, die Wände haben schon lange mehr keine Farbe gesehen und die Halterung der Gardine im Bad defekt, sodass sie ständig herunter fiel. Das gebuchte Doppelbett waren zwei Einzelbetten mit Nachtschrank dazwischen. Insgesamt war es mittelmäßig.

rundherum zufriedenstellend

Die Lage der Wohnung ist meiner Meinung nach ideal in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. Der Hafen / Bodden ist fussläufig in 1-2 Minuten, das Zentrum in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung an sich ist für mein Empfinden für 1 Person wunderbar geeignet, für mehr Personen wäre es mir persönlich zu eng. Die Aufteilung einschl. dem grosszügigen Balkon gefielen mir sehr gut, allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig zur Nebenwohnung, vor allem im Schlafbereich. Gut gefiel mir die Stellplatzsituation für den PKW mit ausreichend vorhandenem Platz. Ein- und Auscheck waren völlig unkompliziert. Mein Fazit: rundherum zufriedenstellend, würde ggf. auch wieder meinen Urlaub dort verbringen wollen, allerdings nicht in Begleitung sondern nur alleinreisend.
