On the ground floor of the owners' house, this gîte opens directly on to a large terrace bordered by extensive wooded grounds. Very peaceful, and close to shops and leisure activities. Kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 x 1.40m bed, 2 x 0.90 beds), bathroom, wc, terrace, garage, grounds (6000 m2), swings, microwave, cot.
