Mare Apt. 1 "Back to the 60's & 70's
Our 3 apartments "Mare" are 3 km from the popular sandy beach of the bay "Lovrečina".
The selected apartment "Mare" Apt. 1 has 2 covered terraces, a large covered balcony and is surrounded by a garden where a grill can be used.
In the living room there is original 1960s furniture (showcase, wardrobe, table with armchairs and a wonderful pull-out red sofa bed).
The apartment is spacious; it extends over the entire 1st Floor of the house (90m²): 2 bedrooms (12m² or 15m²), living room (18m²), bathroom (bath, 2 sinks, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer), fitted kitchen (10m²) and 2 covered terraces or 1 balcony ( 10-12m² each).
Towels in the bathroom / shower are provided. WiFi is available and free of charge.
The house is located in a quiet area on an acacia path, 5 minutes walk from the center and the nearest beach. Parking in front of the house is free.
In addition to Croatian, the landlords also speak German and are always available to help guests with any questions.
