This house offers 100m² of living space and sleeps six. It is tastefully decorated in friendly colors. The ground floor has a bathroom and a spacious, air-conditioned living and dining room with open kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shower, toilet and washing machine. The living room has a sitting area with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200cm) for two people. The dining area next to it is for six people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds.  The bathroom upstairs also has a shower and toilet. The house has two air conditioners. The covered terrace on the ground floor, with garden furniture, is ideal for relaxing. The children enjoy the other terrace with a children's playground. An electric grill is available on request, and there are two parking spaces at the house. Upstairs there is also a covered and furnished balcony in front of the bedroom.

The two-storey holiday home, built in 2015, is located in the popular resort of Dramlj on the Crikvenica Riviera. It is near the center. It is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, as well as for active vacationers and water sports enthusiasts. The bed linen is cleaned and disinfected. The bed linen is changed once a week. On request, the following additional services are available: air conditioning (per day) - EUR 10.00; Baby bed (per day) -EUR 5.00; Electric grill (per week) - EUR 15,00.
