Beautiful modern apartment is overlooking the sea and the island of San Marino. The apartment consists of a large living room with a TV and a dining area. Next to the living room, there's a fully equipped modern kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms with double beds, an air-conditioning and a sea view. In addition, there are two bathrooms with showers. Outside on the balcony, you can find a seating area with a breathtaking sea view where you can enjoy in warm summer evenings with your friends and family. Guests have the opportunity to use a shared pool which is 150 meters away. It is located in the courtyard of an apartment house which is owned by the same owner. The pool can be used from 09:00 to 21:00 during the season. Each apartment has one private parking space available. Pets, parties and youth groups are not allowed.
