About this property

Hermoso depto en planta baja muy grande de 3 amplias recámaras y jardín hasta para 11 personas, con muebles modernos y nuevos diseñados específicamente para este espacio.

Todo el edificio de 3 niveles es de airbnb, y cada nivel es un depto completo.

No hay ningún escalón de por medio por lo que es perfecto para personas con movilidad limitada

Pero lo mejor es que somos super host, y sabemos como superar sus expectativas para que su estancia sea perfecta y nos califiquen con 5 estrellas
The space
Ubicado en una zona residencial de alto nivel con 2 estacionamientos con portón eléctrico. Muy cerca de la expo Guadalajara y Plaza ciudadela

La primer recámara es una King size con baño privado completo y con vista al jardín.

La segunda recámara es una litera con 2 camas matrimoniales y una individual y un escritorio perfecto para el "home oficie".

La tercer recámara con 2 camas individuales muy cómodas.

Hay un segundo baño completo en el pasillo para estas dos recámaras y sala y comedor

La sala, comedor y cocina son realmente amplios y con un diseño que te invitara a tomar un buen vino o un café.

Hay una tv de 50" en la sala y un cómodo sillón que se hace cama matrimonial

La cocina tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar en un viaje (vajilla para 11 personas, copas de blanco y tinto, tequileros, marineras, cafetera, maquina de jugos, etc..)

El jardín tiene una sala y un asador para poder pasar una tarde haciendo una rica carta asada.

El estacionamiento es para 2 autos y se controla con un portón eléctrico.

El wifi es de 30 gb y es muy estable en cualquier área de la casa

El ingreso es con una caja de seguridad donde se encuentran las llaves y pueden entrar a la hora que quieran de manera autónoma.

Puede llegar caminando a una plaza muy grande que se llama Ciudadela que tiene cines, restaurantes y un Walmart.

Será muy difícil que encuentres un depto en airbnb con las dimensiones y espacio de este unidad, así que esperamos cualquier duda que puedas tener.

Nice neighborhood close to stores and restaurants

This is a 3 story building apartment style. Upon arrival we found out there would be 22 bartenders staying in the upper floors who stayed up all night. The odds of this happening are slim but be aware you are sharing the building with others. It’s spacious! We had issues with fridge and a tech was sent out to repair it (great communication). Only issue was we had no hot water for showers but we managed.
