Gite adjoining the owner's house, in a secluded area, on a working farm. Ground floor: Kitchenette (microwave). Living room/lounge area. Shower. Toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed, and 2 single beds). Bathroom. Toilet. Electric heating and wood heating available at an additional cost. Large sloping plot, garden furniture, and barbecue. Internet access. Private trinquet court on site (Basque pelota). Shared swimming pool (12 x 5 m. UV treatment, heated from June to September: 27°C). Gite 7km from Itxassou. Very quiet location. Beautiful view of the Nive Valley. Numerous walks and hikes in the area. Rafting and canoeing 1km away. Very quiet and isolated place with a very beautiful view of the Nive valley
