Residence: The **** La Vallée des Vignes campsite is a friendly, family campsite where life is good. It is an ideal place for those looking for a vacation allowing them to recharge their batteries in the heart of Angevin nature. We welcome you to a campsite concerned with environmental quality, of course offering selective sorting of waste and eco-grazing using our animals.

 

New for 2023: The campsite now has 103 spacious, shaded to semi-shaded pitches. For your comfort, 13 mobile homes and 2 lodges expand the rental range already present. For the rest of the campsite we offer you a wide choice of pitches to pitch your tent or install your caravan, van or motorhome.

 

Our campsite has a swimming pool heated to 28°C from the sunny days of May, a mini golf course, games for children, inflatable structures, a trampoline, a zip line and a service bicycle rental, including electric. In addition, in July-August, we offer daytime and evening entertainment 5 days a week to make your vacation a success, create wonderful memories and re-energize you for the whole year. At the bar-restaurant, open mainly in summer, we offer homemade dishes based on quality local products and a short supply chain.

 

The campsite is surrounded by wine farms which offer tastings and cellar tours, as well as numerous tourist sites such as the Bioparc zoo and the Roseraie de Doué la Fontaine. The campsite is located 20 km from Saumur and the Châteaux de la Loire valley, 40 km from Angers and Terra Botanica and 30 km from Cholet and its large commercial area!! Our campsite is ideally located 45 minutes from Puy du Fou and less than 1 hour from Futuroscope in Poitiers.

 

We welcome you in French, German, English and Italian. The reception is open in low season from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and in high season from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals are on Saturday, in high season, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. In low season, arrivals are every day from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. At reception, you will also find a collaborative library and a relaxation area.



You will find, in the same room as the reception, a grocery store in which local products and basic necessities will be offered to you and where our daily bread depot in high season guarantees you fresh bread and pastries for your breakfasts. For your comfort, we also have a laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines and a dryer. Finally, our bar-restaurant warmly welcomes you for lunch and dinner for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The snack/bar will welcome you from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for meals. The bar is open all day and will welcome you from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The snack bar/bar is the nerve center of the campsite... Come and join us there from 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. to enjoy a happy hour while dancing to the campsite dance before enjoying your dinner and your evening at the restaurant.



Enjoy our swimming pool heated to 28°C, our mini-golf, the pétanque court and the ping-pong tables but also our games for children, our inflatable structures, our trampoline and our zip line for moments family fun. At the bar, you can also play billiards and table football. In the evening, you will certainly find entertainment to suit you. Your little ones will have a children's club which will welcome them from the age of 3. Teenagers and adults and your grown-ups will be able to indulge in their favorite sports tournaments. A hike initially feasible and otherwise, we will also offer classic and electric bikes for rental.

The region offers a unique experience for nature and culture lovers. Known for its Angevin sweetness, you can discover the treasures of the region such as the troglodyte villages of Rochemenier or the forges, or other trogloditic sites....



Nature lovers will be enchanted by the numerous parks and gardens such as the Maulevrier park and its Japanese garden, rose lovers can take the Chemins de la Rose, or even Terra Botanica, a theme park around plants. For a wild and memorable experience, the Doué-la-Fontaine Bioparc is an unmissable destination.



Lovers of historical heritage can visit the Abbey of Fontevraud, the Cadre Noir de Saumur, the Château de Brézé, the Château de Brissac and the famous castles of the Loire. For gourmets, the region is known for its world-renowned wines and its culinary specialties such as the famous fouées or Gouline (pie made with rillauds, mushrooms, mustard, etc.).



Cycling enthusiasts can take part in Anjou Vélo Vintage, a vintage bicycle festival in Saumur.



The city of Angers is an important cultural destination with its medieval castle, its Museum of Fine Arts, its lively pedestrian streets and its covered market. The towns of Chinon and Tours are also worth the detour for their historical heritage and their gastronomy.



Finally, close to numerous events, such as the famous Puy du Fou historical show or the Futuroscope.
