It consists, on the first level, of a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, gas, freezer refrigerator, oven, microwave), a living room with TV and terrace and a toilet, double glazing windows (installed at the beginning of 2025).Upstairs, it consists of the following: a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds for 3 people (2 places at the bottom and 1 place at the top), bathroom redone in 2024 with toilet.The staircase is equipped with a safety barrier for children.The apartment is in a secure residence with swimming pool open in summer according to decretal and governmental decisions with club house (wifi available) In addition, you have a free parking space in the residence.The apartment is located at the bottom of the residence and is located next to a pedestrian access allowing you to reach the city center and the beach in 10 minutes walk.
