This phenomenal custom built 1500 sq ft guest house with 10 foot ceilings offers guests a cozy retreat with modern amenities like WiFi, separate laundry room with W/D. Heating and Air Conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. Master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks and heated floor. Open concept kitchen with large island and granite countertops. Walkway down the side to the lake. There is a patio with chairs and steps into the lake for relaxing and swimming. Fall in love with Lake Tapps and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Please note, for everyone's safety and security there are security cameras located in the driveway. Hosts are available onsite for any needs that arise.

It’s beautiful and peaceful. We have an eagle’s nest less than 70 feet from our property. Beautiful Western exposure on the lake with gorgeous sunsets!
