Clean spacious property in an eclectic neighborhood
Wonderful communication throughout the process. The property is clean with an incredible amount of space. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Great roof top terrace Highly recommend!
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Perfect size for a group of guy just there to enjoy the game & even better with a nice rooftop with perfect weather.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a very vibrant neighborhood and super convenient to get to everything we wanted to see around Pittsburgh. Would highly recommend!
We had a great stay. The property has so many amazing features and we really enjoyed our time on the rooftop. The property is undergoing some minor updates, which will be amazing once complete!

This is an amazing property conveniently located providing easy access to downtown Pittsburgh and surrounding area. Well furnished and very spacious. Only caution would be this location would not be recommended for those with mobility problems who cannot climb stairs. Other than that I would highly recommend this property.
Our family was in town dropping off our daughter @ U. Pitt. This rental is just as described, very well historically preserved and just what my family needed, a home away from home. We’ll be renting here again for sure! Thanks Andrew and Steven!
The property was great! The top patio was excellent. Spent a lot of time up there. Beautiful view of city and surrounding area. Easy Uber to penguins game. Right there in the middle of the Carson Street entertainment.
Very nice, well-equipped, spacious place on E Carson street near a ton of good bars and restaurants. Beautiful roof top deck with skyline views. Convenient to Station Square and the ferry to PNC Park. It's just too bad the Pirates stink. ;)
The property is going through renovations to improve its appearance. Once completed this location will be amazing. The décor is minimal but has all the necessities needed for your stay. We was disappointed in the some areas with cleanliness but the owner was responsive about this and thanked us for our feedback.
This is a nice place with lots of space and a great rooftop deck. Carson Street is a hopping location that was interesting to experience. A little noisy at night but fortunately the two main bedrooms are closer to the back. Cool old house, lots of stairs and some quirky features.
We rented this for our stay for graduation weekend for Pitt. It was the perfect place for us to be able to celebrate the big occasion. The rooftop deck was amazing and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. There was some confusion about the check in process, but once that was straightened out it was a very smooth process. One thing to be aware of is there are no window coverings on two of the bedrooms so you might want to bring a sleep mask if you wake up with the light.
Well the communication process with check in was a few hours before check in and late. The property was large and spacious, but run down. Walls were damaged, sink in master was broken (was told it would be fixed and didn’t), not even trash cans in the bathrooms. Could be very nice if it was given some care.
My brothers and I met here for the weekend to have some fun away from the wives and kids. The property was perfect for what we needed.
It is a very cool, unique property and we wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the rooftop patio more.
There were some "technical difficulties" getting into the property but the owner was very quick in helping get them resolved.
My only complaint would be with regards to the bathrooms. The primary bathroom is nice but the water doesn't get very warm and the second bathroom shower needs a lot of fixing to be a bit more usable.
Other than that (and the Southside Pittsburgh parking situation) everything was great. I would rent again.
