The space
A wonderfully eclectic mix of fine modern seating and authentic architectural details brings a warm comfortable feel to this unique apartment. A full Kitchen, new LED TV's in both bedrooms and living room , high end fixtures, and a state of the art, secure 600mbps WiFi mesh system .

Historic architectural details unique to this apartment include original rear porch columns and handrails support the kitchen bar top. Cozy bedrooms upstairs and exposed chimney on both floors. Living room can be closed off for privacy to accommodate other guests.

This apartment is close to several wedding venues, including St. Luke's Chapel, The Wicliffe House, and Cannon Green.

Walk across the street to Fuel for a cocktail or casual dinner. On the corner is Goulette, a lovely French bistro. Next door to that is R Kitchen - make reservations way in advance! A quick trip around the corner to 132 Spring will get you delicious breakfast sandwiches, and well crafted coffee, lattes and cappuccinos. Our favorite, Xaio Bao Biscuit is great for lunch and dinner, with nicely set up outside dining for social distancing.
