Upscale and spacious air-conditioned, top-floor penthouse studio with 2 Queen beds, a living area, a work desk with computer & printer, a fully stocked kitchenette, a shared balcony, a gorgeous view, and with elevator!

Minutes away from airport and Downtown SF, close to Freeway 101/280 and next to 5 bus lines, giving you easy rides to SF and Peninsula. It's also next to South SF Biotech Park (Genentech).

Lots of restaurants & supermarkets within 5 mins in Downtown SSF.

The space
This spacious and private fourth-floor penthouse studio is part of a six-unit multi-family building, with an elevator and free gated parking garage.

It is a fully functional studio with a living area and cable TV (140+ channels), work desks with computer & printer work desk free to use, fully-stocked kitchenette (no stove, but an electric hot plate for simple cooking), large shared balcony (accessible from Unit 5 next door) with a gorgeous view, private bathroom, double Queen beds, large sofa and foldable floor mattress that can potentially fit up to 6 guests!

We provide essentials such as bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and so on, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and free laundry.

It also has high-speed Wifi and cable TV, an air conditioner and a heater!

We have four other units in the same building that fits different number of people:

Parking:
There are 10 parking spaces in our gated garage. You can have one free parking space and each additional car @ $20 per night.

Laundry:
Laundry room is on the 2nd floor back hallway free to use, accessible from the BACK STAIRS. There's also a laundromat only one block away.

Close enough to mission bay ucsf

Great spot for staying to visit patients at ucsf mission bay. The WiFi had some issues, but could reconnect. Did not try to watch anything. Great to have safe garage parking. Clean. Had an elevator which was a must for me. Despit being loud on Friday evening, it was quiet through the night. Bed and sofa were comfy. There was no oven, but that did not matter to us, so kitchen was more than sufficient with microwave, full fridge, and electric kettle.

Home away from home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and very spacious. It has great amenities like full bathroom and kitchen, balcony access, a large sectional sofa, desk, clothing rack with ample hangers, linens, and a portable rattan screen/room divider to set up separate spaces, if needed. The divider came in handy as we had multiple family members getting ready for a wedding at the same time. Booking was easy and the host was very responsive and the notifications and check-in/out instructions were clear and helpful. My family from out-of-state were very impressed with the building, parking garage, and apartment. I live in the Bay Area, but will definitely stay here any time I need to spend the night near SF. Home away from home!

Quirky, but cool! Perfect spot for us!

We came to the Bay Area to look at schools. We found the location super convienient, especially on days we choose to use mass transit. A great variety of good resturants all in walking distance made dinner easy. The beds were super comfortable, but there was a bit of traffic noise. Still we slept well. I'd definatly would book again!
