This cozy large Ground floor Unit has a Queen size bed, a sofa bed for 2, private entrance, private bathroom, 1 car parking guaranty on my driveway, has a backyard and a kitchen, it's just 10 min from SFO airport, 15min to San Francisco downtown, 5 min walking distance to Colma Bart station and bus station is just 1 bloc away, banks, ATM's, many restaurants, supermarket, shops are nearby, Very attractive place to discover the Bay Area.

Daly City visit

This was a clean, safe place to stay with easy check in and lots of contact from the host. I will look to stay again when I am in the area.

Inaccurate listening. Beware!

This listing is for a large motel room equivalent like something you would get at an extended stay. Bed couch mini fridge microwave and bathroom. There is no kitchen in the unit. The kitchen is upstairs which you must share with the owner and his housemate. Clearly not stated in the ad. Very deceptive to do this.

Very nice room

Nice, comfortable room. Good bed, great location, close to Bart for travel into SanFran. Zack was very responsive yo communications. Overall satisfied.

Clean and safe spot!

It was a good location, enough space and we got help from the Owner when we had any questions! However the listing photos were very confusing as it showed me the whole house, but we only rented one room downstairs!! Otherwise, great stay!

This a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It provided a parking space which is a plus and it is about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to Colma BART station. We felt very safe walking at night from train station to this private unit. The communication with Zack was superb. Zack will reply in a timely matter. It was very clean unit.

We had a great stay at Zack's place! The suite was nice and spacious, with a comfy bed and couch. Good neighbourhoos Zack was great to communicate with. Having a parking space was awesome (not always an easy thing to come by in the Bay Area), and the suite was in a great spot: short walk away from the train station and maybe a 15 to 20 minute ride to downtown.

Easy Access & Private

Although the listing is part of a residence, the room has private access. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host was great about communicating and keeping us informed throughout the stay. My son and I navigated SF area exclusively using nearby public transit. Every morning we graba bed breakfast at family owned donut shop.

Of all that could go wrong - preread all access instructions.

We had no trouble finding the property. We did have trouble accessing the email on the VRBO platform after flying. We could not access the correct gate code even though it was sent to us. After trying various versions of the 1st door code we received, we called VRBO customer service and were given the correct gate code. What we did not receive was futher access instructions to another room off the garage access door with a second door code. The VRBO room is NOT up three flights of stairs and in what seems like a hostel situation with multiple rooms for day sleepers. The VRBO room is downstairs and there will be 2 different codes for access. Please be sure you are aware of this before arriving. I wasn't and we ended up rebooking elsewhere at our own expense. So learn from my fail.

convenient spot with good value

The place is as advertised. Close to BART and a good value. I rode it up to my conference or to Mission for the good eats there. It was professionally cleaned, I set things in corners and didn't see dust. The bed was perfectly fine. Not like my expensive one at home but I slept fine. There are neighbors upstairs so depending on their schedule and your ability to sleep deeply you could hear footsteps. One odd surprise, most of the outlets are two prong. My laptop has 3 prongs so I could only charge it in the bathroom.

I rent "often" from VRBO and have been very happy with all my location stays. Regarding this particular location --- though the room was spacious and clean it was the room below the main house and right by the laundry - you could hear "every" move of their chairs and "any" walking they did upstairs which required me to have the TV up louder then I wanted while my husband recovered just to be able to hear the TV. Also, this is supposed to be a home away from home atmosphere, there were only 2 towels and 2 hand towels but no wash clothes?? to be able to wash your face so I had to go buy some which was not terrible but an inconvenience. We were there for my husband to recover from a surgery and I wasn't planning on having to go shopping for something that is basic and what a person uses everyday. Not sure what I would of done if I was staying longer since there was no extra towels either. The location was perfect though but not sure if I would stay again mainly due to the noise from above the room.

Terrific San Fran location

The host was great to work with. Communication was prompt, and he was there for any Questions. Even to let me know name of SUPER comfortable mattress! Great location, quick drive to everything. Would def suggest this as a terrific and reasonable clean place to stay.

Clean, quiet room very close to pretty much every retail, dining, and entertainment offering you could ask for. Walking distance to BART. 15 minutes to Chase Center; 25 minutes to the Financial District.

Shared kitchen

I write good review as long as the host/staffs are friendly. Host here was pretty helpful so I gave good score, but you should specify that you are providing 'shared' kitchen. Private kitchen and shared one makes huge difference. Can use free laundromat and dryer here, which can be an advantage(bring ur own detergent).
