Ideal for a stay near Lummus park

Very good neighborhood to enjoy Miami with friends. Parking might be a challenge, but easy accessibility to the beach. Lot of good food choices and drinks nearby. Pictures and views exactly as advertised.

Easter rental

Place was lovely. It did however lack basic cleaning supplies (dishcloth, drying towels, toilet paper etc). Location over a bar/restaurant so a bit noisy till midnight.

Beautiful property

It is exactly how it pictured. It was nice and clean. The property manager answered any questions we had in a timly manner. The property is right in south beach strip so it was nice to walk to the beach.

Great location to the beach and many restaurants/bars on ocean drive, close to Walgreens store for quick items. The place itself could use more kitchen items and both bathrooms needed hand towels and more toilet paper. The light in the living space didn’t work and the light in the master bedroom didn’t work either. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

Great location, you step right out to a restaurant on Ocean Dr. The beach is directly across the street. Close amenities for food and liquor. Comfortable beds and everything was clean. Now, I will say this is an older building so the lobby is nice but the hallways have not been updated. But don't let this sway you because once you step inside the condo, you see it's been remodeled. Olga was very responsive and even allowed us a late checkout. *note- there isn't a place in the building to store luggage after you checkout but there is a place nearby that rents lockers. Something to think about if you have a late flight out.*
